Managing Partner / President

Zachary Grzelak, CPA, MSAT

Zach was born and raised in Western Massachusetts. He attended Undergraduate school at Westfield State University, where he studied Business Management and Economics.  He then attended American International College and acquired his Master of Science in Accounting and Taxation. 

​

In his free time, he enjoys fishing in the local waters with his son while his wife relaxes in the sun. He also enjoys golfing with his friends and family. Although he is not very skilled at golf, he is a great accountant and business advisor.

Audit Partner and Shareholder

Edward Comini, CPA, MSA

Eddie is a native of Western Massachusetts. He attended Western New England University, where he achieved his Master of Science in Accounting. Eddie joined the firm as an Intern years ago and has since climbed the ladder to become an Audit Partner.

Eddie enjoys skateboarding, golfing with his friends, and traveling the world to experience new cuisines. In the past, he competed as a yo-yoer. He also loves playfully giving the office manager a hard time—all in good fun

Director / Shareholder

Haleigh Provost, CPA, MSA

Haleigh attended Westfield State University for her Undergrad then went on to the University of Massachusetts to earn her Master of Science in Accounting.  She started at the Firm as an Intern and has fast-tracked her career, she was the youngest Shareholder in the Firm's History.

Off the clock, Haleigh enjoys gymnastics, spending time with her husband and their dog, and being in good company with friends and family. Her favorite holiday is Christmas, and as a fun condition of her continued employment, she keeps a Christmas tree in her office—usually going up as early as November.

Tax Supervisor

Joseph Scafuri

Joe attended Western New England University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

He has been with the firm the longest (30+ years). He has been with the firm since Donald Houghton, CPA the original incorporation.  He is one of the most easy-going and kind individuals you will ever meet.

In his spare time, Joe assists fellow churchgoers by driving them to doctor appointments and helping them secure proper housing arrangements. He also helps manage his small Homeowners Association—because, as he puts it, 'no one else will do it.' Joe enjoys traveling with family and savoring good food paired with a quality beverage.

Senior Accountant

Claudia Bermudez, MSA

Claudia joined the firm after taking a sabbatical to start her family and pursue a career change. She earned a second college degree and later obtained a Master of Science in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University. She has a passion for research and adapts to change better than most.

Outside of work, Claudia enjoys spending time with her husband and children.

Staff Accountant

David Sittard

While attending the University of Massachusetts, David earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He continued his studies at UMass and graduated with his Master of Science in Accounting in 2025.

​

David enjoys swimming in the summer and traveling with family to visit relatives on the Cape. He also loves spending time with friends—though, unlike most accountants, he isn’t a fan of coffee.

Staff Accountant

Taylor Sas

Taylor attended Southern New Hampshire University, earning her Bachelor of Science in Accounting while working as an intern.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two dogs and her boyfriend. A dedicated Swiftie, she’s willing to travel across the country to see a concert. Luckily for Zach Grzelak, most of the staff use headphones to listen to their music.

Staff Accountant

Meaghan Belanger

Meaghan holds an Associate Degree in Accounting from Holyoke Community College and is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Accounting at Southern New Hampshire University.

Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her younger siblings and friends. Known for her lively personality, she’s never one to shy away from a good conversation.

Office Manager and Payroll Specialist

Samantha Sanocki

Sam comes from a background in customer service and store management, but she has truly mastered the role of Office Manager. She manages to keep up with the accountants—a challenging task, especially with Eddie and Zach.

Outside of the office, Sam enjoys spending time with her husband, her son, and their two dogs.

Administrative Assistant / Payroll Specialist

Madeline Searles

Maddy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Massachusetts. With a strong background in customer service, she plays a vital role in assisting clients and accountants by drafting letters to the IRS, ensuring files are complete, scheduling meetings, answering calls, and maintaining client satisfaction.
